CE Course Description

A claim has a huge impact on the life of an insured—as well as his insurance agent. As an agent, it’s your job to make sure your customers are informed about any gaps in coverage that may increase their exposure to risk. You’ll also need to manage that risk, to reduce the chances that a claim will occur. The fewer claims filed, the happier your customers—and your company—will be.

This course satisfies continuing education requirements for your property and casualty license. It provides you with a thorough overview of the claims management process throughout the insurance industry—and gives you insider tips and information on how to reduce the risk of a claim. With this course, you’ll be able to safeguard your company as well as your customers.

Topics covered include:

  • Claims evaluation, investigation, and management.
  • Claim prevention
  • Agent claims
  • Homeowner claims
  • Personal auto claims
  • Personal umbrella claims
  • Workers’ Comp claims
  • Life and health claims

This course is available in a convenient online format, allowing you to study on your own time without the need to conform to a classroom schedule. Receive course materials immediately—and get your test scores instantly after you’ve finished. Order this course today and get started meeting your continuing education requirements.
